In this 1:1 service session, attendees will meet with a mindfulness expert to identify wellbeing goals and establish ways to incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives to achieve these goals. When you share pain points that may be keeping you from finding peace of mind, our Pro will help you apply mindfulness tools to address them.

In this 1:1 service session, you will consult with a sustainability coach on how to live a more environmentally friendly life. To start, you will assess your current habits—shopping, recycling, cooking, cleaning, etc. Then, you’ll establish goals that reflect your sustainable values.

In this 1:1 service session, a health professional will assess a participant's workplace equipment and discuss how and why this equipment should be adjusted for each individual. Other topics include how to modify desks, how to sit properly, and how to move to prevent injury in your office.

Nutrition Consultation and Goal Setting

Better nutrition enables us to fight off illness more effectively, recover from injury more quickly, and reduce our risk of some diseases. Nutrition health can be daunting to work on alone, but a personal consultation with a nutritionist can give us the courage to start making positive lifestyle changes. Best Practices & What to Expect

Onsite Coaching
For onsite, the coach will arrive 30 min. before their first session begins. FitPros can share a virtual sign-up sheet or it is requested a printed schedule sheet be provided when they arrive onsite. This document should be either prefilled with appointments or available for walk-ups. FitPros will also provide any pre-qualifying paperwork that will be shared with appointment attendees to have filled out before their session or this paperwork can be printed in advance and available to the FitPro when they arrive to support walk-ups. Private rooms are always recommended for virtual coaching sessions and most often required.

Virtual Coaching
For virtual, the coach will be available 15 min. before their first session begins. FitPros can share a virtual sign-up sheet, can use an internal sign-up sheet and/or can use a google sheet to allow people to sign up for sessions. FitPros will also provide any pre-qualifying paperwork digitally that will need to be shared with appointment attendees to have filled out before their session. It is recommended to have all appointment slots filled however if 'walk-ins' are preferred FitPros can monitor the scheduler and facilitate virtual coaching on a first come first serve basis as long as the appointments fall in the previously determined appointment window that the coach is available.

Coaching Duration
Sessions can be 25 or 50 minutes long.
