On-Site Health Fairs
Unlike old-school health fairs, we throw a wellbeing party for our clients and their employees. Our goal is to support employers to engage their employee's health and wellbeing efforts. And it starts with awesome vendor-partners like you.




Why Be a Brand Partner?
Corporate Health Fairs are a great place to reach a captive audience. We're hired to invite and coordinate fun and engaging wellness brands and vendors, and we don't charge you to participate. Unlike sporting events where people grab swag and run, in the workplace, you'll get the opportunity to talk about your product and their benefits, and they'll listen.
As a brand partner, you'll get your logo included on digital and print marketing materials, your product or offers will be included in event prize giveaways, and photos are tagged on our various social media platforms. And, if our client is interested in purchasing your product or service separately, we will pass along your contact details.
Vendor Requirements to Attend
/ Donate* 3 items for raffle prizes (bring items upon arrival)
/ Bring a table and table cloth
/ Arrive 90 minutes before the event for set up
/ Submit a Certificate of Insurance (if the client requires)
/ Include an activity at your table
/ Have sanitizer available on the table
/ Wear masks (if the client requires)
/ Be 6 feet apart and staggered from other vendors
Your 3 donated items will be contributed to the following:

Wellness Passport: employees visits each vendor table and scans their QR Code to win one of the prizes. (QR Codes will be distributed to each vendor upon arrival)

Bootcamp Challenge: there is a physical challenge in which employees compete for best score to win one of the prizes.

The HR team hired FitPros and welcomes all of the vendors to the event, so the third donated item is a thank you gift.
Cancellation Policy: Due to limited spots, we request that you cancel at least 2 weeks before an event. This gives us the opportunity to fill your spot.

Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Any cancellation made less than 2 weeks before an event may result in suspension to attend future events. If you are a No-Show the day of the event, you will not be able to attend future events. A charge of $50 will be assessed for each cancellation if less than 2 weeks before an event. A charge of $100 will be assessed for a no-show to an event. We understand that situations such as medical or family emergencies occasionally arise. These situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
