FitPros are versed working in studios, outdoors, random spaces, and potentially awkward conference rooms. They are highly experienced and know how to set the mood given any accommodation. If your space has a sound system, the teacher will plug their music in. Let us know if there’s not a sound system and the teacher will bring a speaker.

 

Due to sanitary reasons each class is BYOM - Bring Your Own Mat. If you’re interested to purchase mats, towels or other fitness products, with or without your company logo we can help!

 

Your FitPro will evaluate the skill level of each student to offer modifications. If you’re not sure which class suits the majority try sending out a survey and/ or try one of each!

FITNESS SESSION

Cardio Kickboxing

Love a good hype-me-up workout playlist and a trainer who’s just as upbeat? In this fitness session, leave the bags, wraps, and rings at home. All you need to bring is yourself and maybe a towel to wipe the sweat off of your face — proof of your hard work and so many calories burned. This is a cardio-forward kickboxing session that’s noncontact, but still intnese. Build lean muscle, stamina, and flexibility as you roundhouse kick and uppercut your way to your fitness goals.

FITNESS SESSION

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

A mixed bag containing the best of boxing, wrestling, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and other sports-based martial arts systems. In this fitness session, you'll experience cross-functional training, which is really just a fancy way of saying you'll get a little bit of everything from a back kick to a low parry. Build your strength, stamina, and discipline in this adrenaline-pumping class. It’s considered an intense cardio activity, so be prepared to sweat!

FITNESS SESSION

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is more than a physical martial art, it’s a battle of strategy plus quick thinking, no matter your physical size or strength. In this fitness session, you'll learn how to gain an advantage over your opponent by using their own force and get them to submit. Practice BJJ, and you'll improve your mobility, flexibility, and basic self-defense skills. Not to mention building body and mental strength. You might fall a few times and learn a lesson or two in patience, but it’s all part of this tactful match of control and timing.

HEALTH TALK

Self-Defense Training

Self-defense training has been shown to improve discipline, morale, and teamwork. Physical self-defense is familiar to many, but there are verbal and other non-verbal ways to defend yourself in a dangerous situation. In this social engagement session, participants will learn valuable self-defense techniques such as staying aware of your surroundings and what to do when you're confronted with a threat. When your survival is on the line, muscle memory and training can save the day.

In this fitness session, a trainer will lead you through explosive boxing rounds, helping you burn more calories than any other sport. Sculpt your body, improve heart health, and improve coordination through rapid movements and choreographed sequences. Best of all, this high-intensity interval training workout is a productive way to release work-related stress which may be affecting your mind, body, and spirit.

FITNESS SESSION

Muay Thai, the Art of Eight Limbs

Like kickboxing without the fast-paced cardio, Muay Thai incorporates powerful kicks and punches. Thailand originated this form of hand-to-hand combat which prepares you for a full-contact match. In this fitness session, you’ll master the eight points of contact or eight parts of the body used in matches (hands, shins, elbows, and knees). By practicing elbow strikes and technical footwork, you’ll come out feeling like a warrior ready for battle. All moves are performed standing up.

FITNESS SESSION

Total-Body Cardio Boxing

Live a day (or hour) in the life of a professional boxer with this compilation cardio workout. Cardio exercises are great for heart health, while boxing moves strengthen the whole body. In this fitness session, you'll work through all the cardio training exercises in a boxer’s regiment set to energizing and engaging music. Although fast-paced, cardio boxing is all about consistency over intensity. A great option if you're looking for a class with adjustable intensity levels.
