Dance & Zumba®
FitPros are versed working in studios, outdoors, random spaces, and potentially awkward conference rooms. They are highly experienced and know how to set the mood given any accommodation. If your space has a sound system, the teacher will plug their music in. Let us know if there’s not a sound system and the teacher will bring a speaker.
Due to sanitary reasons each class is BYOM - Bring Your Own Mat. If you’re interested to purchase mats, towels or other fitness products, with or without your company logo we can help!
Your FitPro will evaluate the skill level of each student to offer modifications. If you’re not sure which class suits the majority try sending out a survey and/ or try one of each!

Zumba®
The class that started the dance-fitness revolution. Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party workout. In this fitness session, you’ll follow groovy choreography followed by short cardio bursts. You don't need to be a trained dancer to enjoy what Zumba has to offer. Learn cumbia, samba, hip-hop, and more fun dance moves. Join the fun jumping and pivoting to international music hits and remixes. It’s fun, effective, and made for everyone.

Learn to Salsa

A musical experience tied to high-energy workout moves. Put your hands up as a live DJ delivers top-notch audio to your home office or onsite speakers. In this fitness session, attendees can pick any fitness class and pair it with a live DJ. Live instructors and live music mean engagement for attendees with every calorie-burning exercise move. From old-school hits to energetic electronic dance music, you'll get your heart pumping no matter which fitness class you choose.

Hip Hop Dance

BollyX Dance
BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program combining dynamic choreography with top music hits from around the globe, including Bhangra tunes, of course. In this fitness session, you’ll alternate between high-intensity and low-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. Work up a sweat and get your heart pumping to Bollywood’s red-hot rhythms in a unique dance-fitness exercise. Designed to burn up to 800 calories in one session, but most of all, to unleash your confident inner dancer.

With elements from ballet, Pilates, and yoga, Barre is designed to sculpt and tone your muscles and improve flexibility. In this fitness session, you’ll feel a satisfying burn especially in your core, legs, and glutes. Don't worry if you don't have a background in dance, either — most Barre moves are adjustable to your comfort level and can be performed without any equipment.
