Strength & Sweat

In as little as six weeks, health risks could improve dramatically. Those who maintain healthy behaviors experience lower health risks for 6 weeks, 12 months, and even to 18 months after their program began (Source: Journal of the American Dietetic Association).

FitPros are versed working in studios, outdoors, random spaces, and potentially awkward conference rooms. They are highly experienced and know how to set the mood given any accommodation. If your space has a sound system, the teacher will plug their music in. Let us know if there’s not a sound system and the teacher will bring a speaker.

 

Due to sanitary reasons each class is BYOM - Bring Your Own Mat. If you’re interested to purchase mats, towels or other fitness products, with or without your company logo we can help!

 

Your FitPro will evaluate the skill level of each student to offer modifications. If you’re not sure which class suits the majority try sending out a survey and/ or try one of each!

FITNESS SESSION

Boot Camp Training

Looking for a no-nonsense, butt-kicking workout? Get your heart pumping with this full-body, fast-paced boot camp session that combines cardio exercises and strength training. In this fitness session, you’ll mix drills and resistance training to keep your heart rate elevated for optimal calorie burning, all the while improving your endurance. For onsite classes, we use body weight and resistance bands and provide other fun, beneficial fitness toys such as floor ladders for a varied workout. For virtual classes, equipment is optional.

FITNESS SESSION

Buddy Building for Team Engagement

A sweaty spin on traditional team-building programs. Training in tandem with your work besties up accountability and intensity, encouraging you to tough out those grueling last few reps you might have let slide if you were working out solo. In this fitness session, you’ll tackle demanding, limits-pushing strength and cardio moves with support from your peers. Build muscles and relationships in this unique team engagement exercise where everyone is cheering you on. Onsite, you’ll be paired with a fellow attendee. Virtually, you can bring a workout buddy with you onscreen.

FITNESS SESSION

Gridiron Games

Take on an obstacle course run adapted for the workplace! Not your average workout class, this fun and challenging race will test your endurance, agility, strength, and mental focus. In this fitness session, attendees will cheer and push each other to test their physical and mental limits. All the excitement and adrenaline of a marathon obstacle course race without all the mud. A mix of cardio and strength training to work your whole body. This class is only available onsite.

FITNESS SESSION

Tabata HIIT Workout

It can't get any more legit than a workout regimen developed by a Japanese scientist made for Olympians. Their research showed that high-intensity bursts followed by a short rest period improves heart health and muscle strength. In this fitness session, you’ll alternate between 20 seconds of max training (Do as much as you can, as hard as you can.) and 10 seconds of rest. Known as strength circuit workout training, Tabata and other full-body HIIT workouts are fast-paced, but fun.

Mat Pilates for Core, Posture, and Flexibility

Pilates is a form of strength-building exercise with six different types. Mat Pilates takes the moves down to the floor on a padded surface similar to a yoga mat. In this fitness session, you’ll cultivate core strength, improve posture, and boost body awareness with classic moves like planks and scissor kicks. Another major benefit? Improved flexibility to help reduce muscle pain and prevent injuries during strenuous workouts. No equipment needed.

ABsolution for Core Strength

Strengthen, test, and tone your core with an ABsolutely awesome workout. In this fitness session, you’ll flow from a series of standing and ground ab exercises to activate every layer of your abdominals and core muscles. Builds the lower back to reduce pain and risk of injury while improving posture. A great full-body HIIT challenge for all fitness levels through ab-centric floorwork and standing core training. No equipment needed to participate. Sweating and sore muscles are inevitable.
