FitPros was established to bring fitness and health industry experts right to your office, providing turnkey wellness programs that engage and motivate employees.

Yoga & Mindful Classes

FitPros are versed working in studios, outdoors, random spaces, and potentially awkward conference rooms. They are highly experienced and know how to set the mood given any accommodation. If your space has a sound system, the teacher will plug their music in. Let us know if there’s not a sound system and the teacher will bring a speaker.

 

Due to sanitary reasons each class is BYOM - Bring Your Own Mat. If you’re interested to purchase mats, towels or other fitness products, with or without your company logo we can help!

 

Your FitPro will evaluate the skill level of each student to offer modifications. If you’re not sure which class suits the majority try sending out a survey and/ or try one of each!

FITNESS SESSION

The ABCs of Yoga

Finally, a no-pressure refresher course for all skill levels. No need to feel shy about not knowing how to do a proper downward dog or not being flexible enough for the perfect pyramid pose just yet. In this fitness session, all are welcome — newcomers, dabblers, and certified yogis. Learn the fundamentals of yoga or fine-tune your practice to increase awareness of body alignment, build strength, and improve flexibility.

FITNESS SESSION

Yogalates

Yoga-lates (you guessed it) combines yoga and pilates for a total-body workout that tones the glutes, thighs, and stomach. It may seem like the trendy new thing for fitness buffs, but this East and West fusion has been around since 1997. In this fitness session, you’ll build up core strength and stabilization through pilates poses. At the same time, you’ll improve your flexibility, muscular strength, posture, and alignment through yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation.

FITNESS SESSION

Yoga for Muscle Relief

We've all been guilty of hunching over our laptops, neck craned and fingers clacking away at the keyboard. Bad posture can turn into a habit, especially when most of your work is in front of a screen. In this fitness session, relieve stiffness in your hip and shoulder areas by lengthening the muscles. Attendees will practice yoga cross-trains to improve flexibility and recovery time post-strength exercises. Overcome body stiffness, sore muscles, and achy joints with these beneficial yoga stretches.

Family Yoga

The family that plays together, stays healthy together. Embrace your inner child and discover yoga through your little one’s eyes. That is, with lots of wonder, laughter, and eagerness. In this fitness session, parents and children will learn yoga poses, relaxation exercises, and breathing techniques through a play-based approach. The goal is to have fun, but the bonus rewards include cultivating a calm mind, improving motor skills, increasing strength and flexibility, and enhancing concentration — all while building your family relationships. FITNESS SESSION

Pet Yoga

Yes. Yoga with your pet! They might just show you up in their eponym pose, the Downward-Facing Dog or the Cat-Cow stretch. In this fitness session, a certified and experienced instructor will teach you how to work out and spend quality time with your beloved animal. Studies have shown that this bonding activity helps bring about relaxation and stress relief. Our pets are incredibly sensitive to our mood and energy. When we lean into relaxation and meditation, our pets feel more at ease, too.

Whether you prefer a slow and deliberate heartbreak melody or a powerful, bass-heavy number, Soul Yoga class will have you feeling right in soul, mind, and body.

FITNESS SESSION

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa (or flow) is the most commonly practiced yoga style. Fall into a rhythm by following a sequence of asanas or poses, letting your breath anchor you to your dynamic movements. In this fitness session, you will build heat as you transition from one asana to another. Though your muscles might burn (You got this!), and you might feel discomfort as you ramp up your flow speed, you’ll feel your body get stronger and more flexible with each session. Connect mind and body when you connect your breathing to your poses in this mindful yoga class.

FITNESS SESSION

Restorative Yoga

Are you on a quest to find the antidote to stress? We may not have all the answers, either, but we've got the tools to help you feel more at ease. In this fitness session, you'll learn to hold positions for longer so your muscles can relax fully. The key word here is relax. Using deep breaths, long holds, and sometimes props, you'll learn to support your body for a deeper release and increased flexibility. Complement this mellow restorative class to strike a balance with relaxation and strength building.

FITNESS SESSION

Chair Yoga for Alleviating Pain

Feeling stiff as a board from sitting at your desk for long periods? You're definitely not alone. In this fitness session, you'll walk away with muscle-loosening stretches you can do right at your desk. These exercises alleviate lower back, neck, wrist, and general body pain. You might not have time for a full yoga session, but you can pencil in these series of stretches during breaks. Your joints and muscles will be grateful for it.

FITNESS SESSION

QiYoga Combo

QiYoga, or “chee-yoga” combines flowing Qigong and relaxing Yoga asanas to energize and relax the body. Find your balance through poses that stabilize, twist, and strengthen your core. In this fitness session, exercises are tailored to each student for a physical-mental-spiritual balance. Figure out the right intensity level for you, and focus on the form to create balance throughout the body. With slow moving Qigong moves and strengthening yoga poses, it’s like attending two classes in one. A beautiful harmony between two Eastern health practices.

Facial Yoga Techniques

A facial isn't just a spa day treatment anymore. Facial yoga techniques (massages and exercises) reduce neck pain, temporomandibular joint pain (TMJ), snoring, and speech issues. In this fitness session, you will learn facial yoga techniques to soften and relax the face, alleviate stress, and release tension. Ever heard of worry lines, tension headaches, and clenched jaws? Chronic tension can build in our face just as it does in our neck, shoulders, and wrists. Relax your body with these facial yoga techniques, plus other mindfulness skills that lift the spirits and support mental health.

Power Yoga

In this fitness session, you'll challenge your body with strength-building asanas (aka poses), learn how to anchor your breath to the movements, increase flexibility, and burn lots of calories. Here, the focus is on your breathing and the dynamic moves rather than meditation. Supplement with a slower-paced practice like Restorative Yoga or Guided Meditation to create a mind-body balance.
